No. Our Remote Outreach Referral Marketing option allows you to interface with an Account Executive only, who will manage and monitor all work being done on your behalf and will report to you once per month on progress and concerns. If your practice needs are such that you feel like you’d be better served by being able to interface directly with your representative, a Dedicated Physician Liaison Representation package is a better option for you.
No. One of the first things we do with our clients is determine a radius of exclusivity. Once agreed upon, PRM will not bring on a client of the same specialty within that given radius.
Our Remote Outreach Referral Marketing option differs from our Managed Physician Liaison Representation option in that it only allows our rep to connect with referral sources by phone, email, or fax. They do NOT represent you in the field, nor can they attend meetings with you or on your behalf. We created this option in direct response to the declining role of ‘lunch and learns’ within the medical marketing industry, as many physicians are leery of allowing meetings due to the transparency and reporting issues stemming from the Physician Payments Sunshine Act.
Our representatives come from all walks of life. We recruit reps from the pharmaceutical sales industry, medical device sales, business development, marketing, community liaisons, physician liaisons, physician relations, and more. We require a bachelors degree or equivalent experience. We also require them to pass internal testing on applicable law & personal aptitude prior to offering them a position at PRM. They are then subject to internal testing on a quarterly basis thereafter to ensure their skills are continually improving.

Remote Outreach Referral Marketing programs can begin roughly 2 days after contract signing & first payment. When you speak to our Sales team, they will discuss implementation timelines and collaborate with you on the best start date for your practice.
Remote Outreach Referral Marketing programs are all prepaid- meaning, we require you to make payment prior to the start of work every month. We require a signed credit card payment pre-authorization agreement on file, which will be used to fulfill your payment if you do not initiate payment manually upon invoice.
First payment is due at contract signing, and future payments are billed recurring on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable. This is a month-to-month service after contract period commitment is fulfilled. Payment can be made by check or credit card upon invoice. A two percent (5%) monthly service charge will be billed against payments that are 10 days or more late, and will compound monthly.
Services can be stopped if payment is not received 10 days after due date. The balance of the contract commitment amount is due if the agreement is terminated prior to the contract period.

Yes, occasionally. We encourage clients to interface with their Account Executive first and foremost, as they are available to oversee & manage the progress on the account. if there is a question that only the physician liaison can answer, your Account Executive will likely connect you to the liaison. You will also be able to meet with the liaison from time to time during meetings.
We DO NOT allow our clients to dictate time/schedule or direct orders to physician liaisons. These individuals are not to be considered employees by client practices- instead, they are managed and monitored my PRM. We encourage our clients to speak to their Account Executive directly with any concerns or ideas for improvement, so that there can be a dialogue about implementation and PRM can assess the applicability to program metrics.
